Bernales Foundation welcomes applications from deserving Filipino students who are approaching graduation and need financial and professional support to successfully complete their studies and transition into employment.
Who Can Apply
Applicants should generally be:
- Filipino citizens
- Currently enrolled in a recognised college or university in the Philippines
- In their final year of study or expected to graduate within the programme period
- Able to demonstrate financial need
- In good academic standing
- Willing to participate actively in the Foundation's mentorship and career programmes
- Committed to pursuing employment or professional opportunities after graduation
- Willing to embrace the Foundation's pass it forward principle
- Additional eligibility requirements may apply depending on the scholarship cycle.
What Scholars Receive
Selected scholars may receive financial assistance towards eligible education related expenses.
But financial assistance is only one part of the programme.

What We Ask in Return
There is no repayment requirement for scholarship support. Instead, we ask scholars to remember the opportunity they received.
When you have graduated, established yourself professionally, and are in a position to help someone else, we hope you will return as a mentor and guide another scholar through the same transition. That is how the impact multiplies.

Apply for a Scholarship
Applications are accepted during announced scholarship periods. Applicants will be asked to submit an application form together with documents confirming enrolment, academic standing, financial need, and expected graduation.
Shortlisted applicants may also be invited for an interview with the Foundation.
